Mactan Export Zone II (MEZ2) is an inspiring example of the growing number of successful partnerships between the Philippine government and the private sector. AboitizLand has developed and currently operates the Zone under a Build-Operate-Transfer scheme (BOT) on behalf of Mactan-Cebu International Airport Authority (MCIAA). MEZ2 covers 63 hectares of level land, with suitable soil and infrastructure conditions.
